WIN Cash Prizes Every Month!

 Rawdon St Peters 50/50 CLUB – a great way for you to support the PTA 

whilst having a bit of a flutter!
Here’s how it works…

 You complete and sign the attached membership form and agree to pay   ( Click Here for Application Form)

£12 per year for 1 entry

 

This buys you a membership number which we will allocate, and enters you into the monthly draw for 12 months (September to August). All participants must be over 16. Membership is open to parents/carers and staff members throughout the year. 
There is no limit to the number of entries you can purchase.

 

The draw will take place on the last Friday of every month after Collective Worship (alternative arrangements will be displayed for holidays,

e.g. August’s draw will take place in July).

 

Winners names will be published in the school newsletter.

Winners will receive cash or a cheque.

 

The prize money will be 50% of the fees taken that month. The remaining 50% will go to the PTA to help fund equipment, resources and opportunities for RSP pupils.

First Prize: 30%        Second Prize: 15%           Third Prize: 5%

 

For example, if 50 entries are bought, the first prize will be £15.

RULES AND TERMS

To join the Club you must agree to the following club rules and terms of conditions.

 1.     Complete and sign a membership form and return it to the School Office

2.    The Club runs for 12 months from September to August

3.    Pay £1.00 for 1 entry

4.    If you join in September you should pay £12 for the 12 months.

If you join in subsequent months you should pay the adjusted fee as below

5.    All participants must be over 16.

12. If you wish to cancel your membership you should write to the Club Co-ordinator giving one months notice.

13. Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the Club if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month.

14. If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be placed into PTA funds after six months.

15. The Club is organised and run by Rawdon St Peters PTA.  In case of any dispute, the decision of the Committee is final. 

16. The Club is a Small Society Lottery registered with Leeds City Council.

17. Proceeds must not exceed £20,000 for a single draw.

 18. The purpose of the Club is to raise funds. The money will be paid into the PTA bank account and used to meet funding requests from the school, providing equipment, resources and opportunities for RSP pupils.
