Online Safety

At RSP we are constantly reminding pupils the importance of keeping safe online. As technology and internet usage increases we feel it is essential that you guide your children on how to use the internet correctly and within parental controls. The following website gives advice on how to help you child stay safe online.

The Safer Schools app aims to help with this.  The better informed that staff, pupils and parents/carers are with the materials our young children are using, the safer they can be by being aware of the dangers to look out for.

We invite you to download our new Safer Schools App provided by our school insurance provider Zurich Municipal.

About the App

The App is designed to support and protect children by educating and empowering them both at school and at home. Through their log-in, your children get access to information that is relevant to them and you will receive tips and advice on how to keep them safer online. There are 60 second guides for different online materials to give you a quick update on what’s new in the digital world.

There are two levels of access to tailor the content for parents/carers or for children.  It can be installed on as many devices as you would like to install on to keep our community well informed.

To download the app, you will need a code that is specific to our school. Please contact Mrs Sangha via the school office, who would be happy to help.
